After forming, plates are trimmed to exact diameter and rim profile. For compartment plates, dividers are punched in this station. Waste trim is collected and recycled back into paperboard production.
Plates are stacked (typically 25, 50, or 100 per stack), counted, and conveyed to packaging. Optional: individual wrapping station for retail-ready packs.
